City on a Hill is a ministry serving young adults in the KC Metro area. Their mission is to build a community of faithful disciples in the KC area by supporting young adult parish groups and inviting others to our social events, Sacramental encounters, and opportunities for faith formation. Community of the Lamb

Community of the Lamb is a religious community founded in France. They have come to Kansas City, Kansas in recent years to share the light of the Gospel. They invite young adults to Mass and dinner every Monday night. In addition, they also have a young adult pilgrimage each year to the shrine of St. Philippine Duchesne in Mound City, KS.

Samuel Group

Samuel Group is a group for young adults in their Junior year of College and up (or equivalent age) to learn how to discern life's decisions, especially one's vocation. This group was created by the Apostles of the Interior Life (AVI). Link: http://www.apostlesofil.com/vocations/samuel-group.

Young adults are also encouraged to attend Collaborator's of Your Joy meetings, in Overland Park where Catholics from the KC area get together to pray and grow in fellowship. SALT

FOCUS

FOCUS is a Catholic collegiate outreach whose mission is to share the hope and joy of the gospel with college and university students. Trained in Church teaching, prayer, sacred Scripture, evangelization and discipleship, FOCUS missionaries encounter students in friendship where they are, inviting them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and accompanying them as they pursue lives of virtue and excellence. Through Bible studies, outreach events, mission trips and one-on-one discipleship, missionaries inspire and build up students in the faith, sending them out to spread the good news and to live out the Great Commission: Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19). St. Paul’s Outreach (SPO)

College campuses are battlegrounds for the minds and souls of our young people, and many are leaving the Church. Only 10% of Catholic millennials attend Sunday Mass. Students are hungry for truth and meaning but most are not being reached effectively. Saint Paul’s Outreach (SPO) reaches these students around the country, bringing them back to Christ and the fullness of the Catholic faith. We build evangelistic communities that provide a unique quality and depth of formation in the Catholic faith and life. SPO is present in the Kansas City area as well as on college campuses.
