My name is Aimee Gabel and I was blessed with very devout Roman Catholic parents.  I am the tenth of eleven children.  Having seven brothers and three sisters provided me with an education in and of itself!  I attended Cardinal Newman Catholic College and graduated from Emporia State University, as a member of the Honor Society for Educators.

I homeschooled my five children for eleven years. I have been teaching for a total of 26 years, 8 of them at St. Patrick. I view teaching as a mission; my greatest joy is in imparting the Faith and witnessing the children grow in virtue and develop a closeness with Our Lord and His Mother.
