Spiritual Direction
As Catholics, we are encouraged to foster communion with each other. Perhaps one of the best ways to do this is through Spiritual Direction. It's a relationship between a mentor and a mentee to foster growth in the mentee's spiritual life. Usually, a lay person will seek a Priest or Religious to help guide them in their spiritual journey, however one may receive direction from another lay person. School of Faith, in our Archdiocese, offers Spiritual Direction through their "Spiritual Mentorship Program."
